The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us. Still unclear as to the real reason why this occurred as they had a printed email with my booking details on it.
