"The hotel is comfortable and quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful. Close to airport and short drive to downtown Ithaca. Bistro was disappointing, however. One morning it was closed during breakfast. The other morning I was there the breakfast wasn’t was fine but not really worth the price. The thermostat in my room was broken. The hotel sent someone up to fix the problem, but then the next day it happened again. Ok for a night or two."

"Hotel location was great. 10m drive to the lake. Room was very nice and clean . Beds were very comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Ke’shawn was an exceptional staff member. Very knowledgeable about area and extremely courteous. Great customer service! We lived our stay!"

"Amazing stay- the hotel was beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in. Rooms were nice and spacious. Loved the cookies always available in the lodge. And hanging out at the campfire at night and playing board games was lots of fun. Would definitely return!"
