Renai Hotel Kota Bahru (formerly known as The Grand Renai Hotel)
I had a great time at the Renai Hotel. The staff at the reception desk were always very helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean. Housekeeping was also very helpful and generous.

Location is ok but overall I wouldn't come here again. Owner doesn't meet the guests. House is not used for quite long so furniture is dusty and porch is not swept (had to do it myself).
