"The room was very dirty. We put all the hanging glasses in the dishwasher as they were filthy (didn't like looking at them). They looked lovely once they were clean. We cleaned the TV and cabinet as there were fingerprints all over them. The cabinet is almost falling apart. The rubbish tins were old and rusted although they had a clean plastic liner. The bathroom windows were clogged up with dust. The windows in general were very dirty. Thankfully the beds (sheets at least) were white...

"The ground floor unit that we had was so great. The kids could go to the beach and back easily and you don't have to cross the road at all. I love this location so much and the rooms are big and spacious and clean."

"No water view. Small side balcony. Felt like we were in the worst single room in the whole complex. Dated and loads of stairs. Definitely not what we thought we were getting. Furniture old and didn’t match, bed very uncomfortable. You can cook in your room which was good for breakfast. Make sure you use the spa and pool to get some of your monies worth! Ring so you get more information about the room you’re actually paying for. Good - has a car park!"

"Need transparency around room lock off, I wouldn’t have stayed knowing that I wasn’t allowed to use half of the space and also bond coatings needs to be on Expedia booking, again was blindsided by that on check in"

"Loved the apartment, very clean and spacious. Great location near to beach and restaurants. Check in could have been a little easier. Instructions said to call prior to arriving but the person answering was a little vague. Friendly staff when we arrived and helpful."
