"The room was very cosy and I loved the decor. The resort also had a good vibe and great facilities to use. I didn't like the fact that there was no tv in the room and also the main reason why I booked this was due to the bikes that were advertised in the images. I was very disappointed that these were no longer being offered to guests. I think maybe the images with the bikes should be removed as this is false advertisment."

"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. "This place does not offer what they advertise. Contact number is not Kenyan. Very poor communication when eventually comtacted. Shared toilet and showeroom - which was unaware of when booking. Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."
