"Mmy experience was mixed. I particularly appreciated the hospitality & welcoming attitude of the front desk. The staff were friendly, welcoming & efficient, and the check-in process was fast.
However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing and fell below the standards expected of a five-star hotel.
Room Cleanliness & housekeeping services:
The carpet could certainly have been cleaner. There was also room for improvement in the overall attention to hygiene and presentation within the...

"Really beautiful hotel and nicely located. Highly recommend for those purposes. Just a note that there was really no warmth or welcoming atmosphere from the staff, which was a shame and not how the rest of the city is. Especially around breakfast / lobby. Would love to see more interaction, recommendations, maybe friendliness. Some people didn’t even knowledge us in the hallways / lobby. Not really a big deal but also a shame since this property has the potential to be best in class. Other than...

"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. I spoke to manager Kanzar and let him know how disgusting the pink and black patches of mold were. We left the next morning. The...

"Ideal if you need a place to stay between the flights. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport. Room has everything - comfortable bed, fridge, tv, hairdrier...
The charge for early check in (1130 not 1400) and late checkout (1500 not 1200) cost me more then the fare for the room itself, but I'm not taking star off for it, because the helpful friendly stuff and delicious breakfast made it up for me."
