from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Older moderate hotel in New Town, close to trams and easy walk to Wenceslas and Old Town Squares. Room was comfortable but dated and sparsely furnished. Bathroom was similar. Staff were exceptional, as was the breakfast buffet. Noise was mild as our room faced the front of the hotel on a busy street, but able to sleep without problems. "Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing.
