"The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. "A very unique property! We stayed for three nights and had an amazingly relaxing time. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. "The staff at the riad/spa are amazing. I was at the end of my trip and feeling sick and they arranged for a doctor for hire to come in. I was so grateful. The kitchen staff are lovely and same with the hammam & spa.
