This is a spectacular resort property with beautiful accommodations and great pool and beach amenities. The overall experience was less than a 5-star as there were service disruptions during a corporate event on arrival and loud neighbouring bar played music until 2 am.

My plan was to give this property 1 or 2 stars but it earned 3 stars because of the private adult only beach which made this vacation so much better. A few things as heads up: 1.) the check in time is 3pm, seems to me that they intentionally keep you wait till 3pm as we were offered an early check in for 1250 Euro (yep, you heard it right) but got into the room at 3pm. We went to the beach so didn’t mind too much. 2.) some of the sea front rooms are NOT sea front rooms. We were told that we got a sea front room but it was sea view. 3.) the area is not that nice outside of the resort. 4.) There are a lot of families, a lot. Coming back to the room we couldn’t use the private pool because we were surrounded by families and noise. Same for breakfast. Same for the pool and beach area. What saved our vacation from being a disaster was the private adult only beach. The adult only beach is in a great location and a much better view than the hotel. Overall, the hotel is completely over priced and over hyped and we would probably choose a different place when we are back in the area.

Fantastic clean, beautiful rooms, with every possible amenity provided. Hotel facilities were first class, the odd lapse of service at breakfast but staff generally very good. I would highly recommend staying.

Beautifully designed property. The common areas are awesome and picturesque. The rooms are not huge but very well designed with attention to small details, and the beds are divine. The property isn’t so large that you need to call for a golf cart, can walk everywhere in a few minutes and there are many free bikes scattered around. The restaurants are pretty shockingly expensive, but the food is great. Staff are super friendly and casual but polished and went way above and beyond for our party. The beach is okay, it’s sandy shallow and warm with no waves, great for littles, but it’s not turquoise or anything like that, just setting the expectation. The pools areas are the best part. They say 25 minutes to Athens but you can plan on 45 to the acropolis, traffic in Athens is pretty bad. Fortunately the airport is close and doesn’t involve central Athens, only 35 minutes or so. I’ve stayed at the one and only’s in Mexico, this is on a higher level. I think one of my favorite resorts anywhere and i would come back.

Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that.
