"Room was not clean. The counters had splatters, the cook top had splattered food. Under the beds were full of fluffy dust and pet hair. The floors had not been swept or mopped. Our child’s feet were black after an hour of being there. We loved the room set up. The a/c worked very well! The front desk person that checked us in was very friendly to us. We were disappointed that you only get two towels for three people. They only do cleaning and clean linens bi-weekly unless you want to pay extra. There are only 2 bowls, glasses, plates and forks in the room. So that was a bit hard. It was very loud with people slamming doors and banging on walls and floors all hours of the night."

"It was okay for a quick stay but definitely not my preference in a hotel. My room smelled like curry and noodles when I arrived and it stayed like that the whole time I tried to air it out and the bed we uncomfortable with the springs poking my back and the carpet could be cleaned. The shower didn't drain well so I was taking a shower bath among other things but I did like that it was quite. The room was spacious as well. Good cable channels. Pool area out of service."

"When we first arrived the toilet was clogged. They made me carry a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. We stayed for 4 days and they dint service our room at all. We asked at least if they could come take the trash and nothing. Very disappointing. "

"Staff was really friendly and prompt. It was a very busy weekend due to Volleyball tournament. But everything we needed was there and very close to stores and restaurants. "

"Great stay for a family of 3, King bed with a pull out couch, comfy beds, good blackout drapes, easy check in, very clean new hotel and lobby, pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, good location, easy to find, parking was easy, friendly staff, close to Walmart and tons of restaurants (handy after a long day of travel). We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so did not get a chance to try that. Would recommend!"
