"Not the cleanest"

"Most travelers are tired when they arrive in the property. But a lot of times, hotel staffs are very in considerate, unfriendly. Hotel staffs need human relations training. If it make sense. This applies to this hotel. The front desk when we arrived was not very friendly. "

"Clean room, smooth check in experience, breakfast was great and ample parking spaces. This was also a short drive away from Sedona. I would highly recommend the hotel. "

"We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room is not large but it was well laid out so we had all the basics, including a small table and 2 chairs, microwave and mini fridge."

"Cool little place! The rooms are small but functional. Everything was clean and worked well. If stay upstairs - beware, the stairs are steep which was hard with big, heavy luggage. I would stay there again!"

"I would have given 5 stars, but my biggest issue was the noise from the kitchen every few hours. It sounded like running water then, a bang and the pipes sounding like they were rattling. It took me several nights to figure out where it was coming from. Of course, I figured it out on my last night.When you are trying to sleep and it happens several times in the middle of the night, it sucks. The beds and pillows are firm, some may like that, but I prefer soft. It's a cool place though. If you get 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is in its own building next door. It's great for adults and privacy, but not if you have kids. Being 2 adult women we loved it. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked nice. The lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Overall I recommend."

"Rooms are spacious. Free parking is available around the property. There is a small fitness room and outdoor patio overlooking the canyon. Friendly staff. Super close to Verde Canyon Railroad and the Tuzigoot National Monument. We booked two rooms. Only concern is that they had not emptied out the trash cans in one room and the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall were nearly empty so we were unable to pump any to use in the other room. Breakfast was fine! "
