My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona.
The included free breakfast was definitely one of the factors we took into consideration when choosing our lodging and we’re glad we chose this hotel! We also loved that the entire property is smoke-free!
Unfortunately housekeeping wasn’t the greatest as we didn’t want our room cleaned for 2 days and when we did, for whatever odd reason the housekeeper decided to make only one of our beds and not the other? That was odd but we didn’t bring it up because by the time we returned to our hotel it was nighttime so we just left it at that. Unfortunately pillows are a 1/10. Other than that room was very comfortable and clean.
The staff at the restaurant was our best interaction at the Best Western in Cottonwood. She (forgot to get her name!) has the restaurant in pristine condition and is the kindest staff there. She always prepared delicious breakfasts and had wonderful customer service. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in AZ!
