The rooms were cozy and clean, and the AC worked great, so you could adjust the room temperature however you desired. "Great stay! Each and every staff member should get a raise for being very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet along with the tea and sweets each afternoon. The only quirky bit for us was the ac/heat unit."

"The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "
