The wait to order a drink or food was over 10 minutes. And the fact that there’s only one place to order and check out if you’re sitting on the patio, a bit problematic. If they had another area open for ordering and paying for food, specifically for the Terrace area, that would be incredibly helpful. Other...

"Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again."

"Room 212 Room was clean and free full breakfast available each day. There were problems with AC unit not coming on regularly and running loudly. Toilet running and not shutting off right away. Not enough coffee cups and items in room. Loud music playing from a nearby restaurant patio."

"This is a self serve hotel....meaning there is no front desk to check in. You are given a code to open the door of the building and to your room. It felt unsafe because if you are used to having someone on site 24/7 then you will feel a little uneasy. The property was clean and so was the room"

"The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas."
