"The elevator was a rough and scary ride. Just 3 floors. It had no inspection label that is required by law. The window in the room would not close tight-the wind whistled through the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was empty with 2 hours left and no one around to fill it. Will not stay there again."

"I answered into the lobby and there was a stale strong marijuana smell in the building. I went to the counter and rang the bell, and the guy came out from under the desk - yes it is as weird as it sounds. The motel is seriously rundown.. . Multiple humidifiers in the hallway near the rooms. The room was semi-clean however, when I moved the TV, there was a liquid underneath the TV stand . . Seriously this is what was there. I placed towels at the bottom of the door and had to keep the bathroom door. Closed to keep the marijuana smell out of the room.. My room was not smoking, and a matter of fact the entire hallway was not smoking. I do not do not do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would give it straight zeros if possible."

"Short quick stay. Only complaint they need to change their shampoo and conditioner or just bring your own. Staff was great always friendly be nice if they provided yogurt and some fruit with their breakfast. Love their coffee machine."

"I checked in, and the staff was friendly. I am not a white glove person, but there were both dead and a live bugs in this room. To be honest, at first, I believe they were bedbugs because I could not tell the species of the decaying dead bugs on the floor. And the ones on the ceiling were too far for me to see clearly. When management responded, denying a refund, they informed me that these are “only ladybugs“. I may be picky, but I simply won’t stay in a room with any bugs and I also will not stay at a property that has bugs in any room. Management stated that they were on site, but when I spoke with the front desk person they gave me the name and contact information for management and never mentioned once that anyone was on site. Anyway, I simply chucked it up to an expensive lesson learned and I will avoid this brand going forward. Management stated that they are unable to issue your refund because I’ve booked through Expedia, which I do not believe to be accurate, but it is certainly not worth my time to fight. The good thing about booking three third-party is I am not stuck with this brand thankfully. Make your own decision. If you’re good with only ladybugs in your room, this is your place to stay. On a positive note, the front desk staff Weir very polite."

"The entrance and 1st floor look was elegant, the gym room looked good. The hallway leading to the rooms was far short from the 1st level, need a little upgrade. The Room needs a little upgrade there was no USB plugs. There was no ice bucket in the rooms. Bathrooms was nice. Bed was comfortable sleep Good. Continental breakfast was okay"

"The room was clean, the Staff was great and there was plenty of parking. There was not very much counter space in the bathroom to put things. The closet space was not deep enough and the hanging clothes did not fit in there very well. "
