"Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered."

"The rooms only have 2 lights. One in bathroom and one in bedroom that is super super dim and can’t hardly see anything. Couldn’t make it on our first night due to flight delays and Freehand wouldn’t reimburse it and they take so long to pick up for customer service. The rooms are much smaller than described and heater/ac does not work at all. Nightstand doesn’t work and bathroom tiles are peeling and gets on your feet. Definitely not safe to walk barefooted."

"This stay fell well below expectations for a DoubleTree. Housekeeping never offered to clean the room during our stay, and none of the housekeeping staff we encountered spoke English, which made requesting basic toiletries extremely difficult. When our shower gel ran out, we couldn't even communicate what we needed. Basic service and communication should not be a challenge at a hotel of this brand."
