"I never saw staff around helping or giving any kind of instructions. The pizza food court area to order was chaotic. So many people didn’t know how to use their credits and the pick up lines had everyone trying to cut because they would see their name pop up. The timer on getting ice and drinks was a disaster and couldn’t get ice for days. It was never filled up. Adult only hot tub had no one to regulate that. Kids were in there every day. "Pretty close to everything i needed. Parking was free and felt safe the entire time. Room was very nice. Didn’t like that it appeared the outlets were broken until i left that there is a master switch that not only turns on all the lights but also kills the power to the outlets by the bed so my Apple Watch and phone had to be charged by the TV instead."

"Love this Hotel. Great location, quick check in, nice bar. The rooms were a nice size , super clean, comfy beds. Highly recommend !"

"The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days."

"We love the Delta and stay there when we can. The staff is always friendly and helpful!! The bed in our room was very hard and the pillows were either too hard or too soft. I don't recall this being an issue the last few times we stayed, so I don't know if something has changed or not, I just know the bed was not comfortable. Sadly, we may try another hotel next time.
