"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was convenient, and I really enjoyed my time here. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!"

"There was private parking available. Breakfast was so nice and thanks to staff."

"We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel. "

"A very cool hotel in Tbilisi. Perfectly located, great local food & bars."

"Amazing view and a very nice breakfast"

"Elegant and historic building modernized in a tasteful way. Breakfast (particularly the coffee) was exceptional."

"My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. "L’hôtel est idéalement placé, le personnel est adorable et les chambres très bien !"

"ジョージア20代女一人旅でこちらのホテルを5泊利用いたしました。 立地はルスタヴェリ駅より徒歩約5~7分です。駅からホテルまでの道のりにはSPARという簡易的なコンビニ?やPasanauri(ジョージア料理のチェーン店)、他にもレストランが幾つかあり利便性に長けていると思います。 ただホテルの手前が結構な坂なのと、ホテル受付がエレベーターなしの3階なので大きな荷物があると大変です。(17kgのスーツケースを一人で3階まで挙げました笑...

"Fijn hotel in Tbilisi, op loopafstand van de oude stad en de metro. Kamers waren netjes en schoon, ontbijt prima en vriendelijk personeel :)"

"Great location for walking"

"I changed 3 rooms during my stay, the first room had a terrible smell, was very noisy and tiny balcony where you could not even stand! The second and 3rd rooms were great! Staff were very polite and helpful especially Iana! The location was convenient except crossing the road to get to the entrance was a bit dangerous in my opinion as it’s on a main intersection with no pedestrian crossing or lights!"

"Amazing stay, most comfortable sleep we had in Georgia and the staff were so helpful and lovely even helping us with the luggage"

"Is it ok but the breakfast is zero gd and the manager is helpful but the staff are zero helpful"
