"I just stayed for 4 nights in mid April. I had a nice, clean double bed room on the 8th floor overlooking the main road. Loved the view! Breakfast was decent every day. There was a nice variety of fresh fruit, meats, and bread. My only complaint is that the roof top terrace was only half open to guests during our stay. The side with the best city and sunset views was closed the entire time. I think it’s a seasonal thing, but I was very disappointed. Most of the rooftop pics you see online are from the side that is closed! The pool was also closed, even though it was sunny and temps were in the 70s every day. I believe I saw that it doesn’t open until May 1. I would stay again. The location was excellent. "

"Beautiful palace view from the room, lovely and clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located for exploring Madrid. Only complaint is that there didn’t appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so the mirror became very steamy and covered in condensation - a fan or heated mirror would be useful"

"This place was awesome for what you paid for. There was a slight smell in some places and the showers were in a 20 second timer but other than that it was a nice safe comfortable place. I would stay again. It’s just definitely not lush living but that’s ok!"
