"Really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing staffs! Everyone was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were able to leave our luggages before check-in time. The location is very convenient, close to the Christmas markets and town. Steep stairs but we expected that from reading previous comments so not a surprise and wasn’t an issue to us. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend! "

"Het is een prima kamer, erg schoon en nieuw! Fijn dat er een klein keukentje bij zit. Enige nadeel is dat het warme water onder de douche snel op was en dat je dan best een tijd moest wachten( meer dan een uur) dat het weer warm was. Niet handig als er 2 mensen na elkaar willen douchen. "

"Overnachting in Hotel Haverkist gehad. Dit is de 2e keer dat we hier hebben geslapen. Nu hadden we een kamer op de 3e verdieping. Er is geen lift aanwezig. Kamer was schoon en zeer ruim. Inchecken ging zeer gemakkelijk en je kan gratis koffie of thee halen voor op de kamer. Winkels en veel keuze aan restaurants in de buurt en op loopafstand."

"We stayed for 4 nights in this excellent hotel and took the room upgrade offered by the desk at check-in at minimal additional cost. This gave us a large room overlooking the courtyard with an excellent bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There was a separate loo off the entrance corridor. It was almost like a suite and benefitted from having two doors between the bedroom and the main hallway. It was very well furnished had generous stowage and space for luggage, that meant it was...

"Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues,...
