Lovely property with very nice rooms. Very nice breakfasts. Super friendly staff as expected in Bali...such nice people. Short walk to beach and cafes etc. Really good option if you dont want to spend on being on the beachfront.

空港から近かった為、大変便利でした。宿泊者特典でスパを安くやってもらえたのはとてもよかったです! また、スパを予約しようとした時にお目当てのスパが空いていなかったのですが、スタッフさんがオススメを教えてくれて予約してくれたり等、ホテルスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 お部屋も広く、清潔に保たれていました。少しシャワーの強さが均一でなかったり、急に冷たくなったり等はありましたが、そこまで問題には思いませんでした。

スイートのプライベートプール付きの部屋を利用しました。広くて清潔で雰囲気も良かったです。スイートは専用のラウンジがあって、コーヒーや紅茶、お菓子などが無料でした。施設の外は、観光には適していませんが、空港に近く、無料で送ってもらいました。スタッフも丁寧で感じが良かったです。

Great hotel
Great Hotel, staff was excellent as well as the services provided including fee benefit which were not expected like a free foot massage in the nice SPA. The facilities are good, we got access to the Longe with free sweets and coffees, the roof top pool is great, the main pool is ok but not as nice as it faces the hotel rooms. The room facilities are also quite good with the distinctive biggest bed i have ever seen, really huge and was also very confortable. Cleaning was good. They offer a shuttle to the beach club winch we did not use and to kuta. The location is convenient close to the airport, to the beach it takes 10 min walking but the road is not the most pleasant (small walkways) although we did this every evening to the beach restaurants without any issues. The last day we spent the day in the hotel after check out as our flight was in the evening without problems, they also offer free shuttle to the airport, definitely recommended if you want to explore the area or need something close to the airport.

飯店品質跟位置優
飯店或許並不在熱鬧的區域,但是這對於喜歡空間寬敞喜歡寧靜的住宿的人,這裡就很值得。自助早餐也多變化好吃,旁邊還有輕食可以享受,更有著日式料理可以享用,也不貴重點是衛生方便就值得了。 泳池跟健身房還有遊戲室很適合我們帶小孩的家庭,如果遇到下雨天可以在飯店玩上一天。也常常到飯店對面的便利商店買東西,飯店警衛會很貼心的幫忙指揮交通,大廳還能夠換匯,這就非常方便我們,不需要擔心被算錯錢。 或許是這裡住宿的日本人比較多,所有飯店的指示都有英日文版,這對會日文的朋友有相當程度的加分,整體性來說,有機會再去巴里島還會再選擇去住宿。

The hotel was in top condition, it was clean and our room was arranged in a luxurious and welcoming manner. The staffs were also very friendly and pro active in prompting us on our needs, they provided great service through showing hospitality. Ali(our chauffeur to the hotel on the first day we arrived) was a great staff, would help us with any difficulties we faced.

快適に過ごすことができました。日本語が通じるスタッフも多くおり、とても丁寧に対応してくれます。 空港から近く、中心部まで車で10数分ほどで行けるのでアクセスも悪くありません。

プールが2つあって最高でした。ホテルの人もみんな親切。部屋の洗面台の流れが少し悪かった。ご飯は一度だけ食べましたが普通でした。DFSまでタクシーが無料だったので良かった。

Excellent hotel overall. We have complementary taxi for airport to hotel and hotel to airport (arrangement made in advance). Nice breakfast at the Japanese restaurant. I come with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 yr old and 3 yr old). The room is very spacious for my family.

Hotel con potenzialità non sfruttate!
Pro: Suite molto ampia e bella con grandissimo letto e bellissino bagno con vasca e doccia. Struttura moderna con 2 piscine, 3 ristoranti, negozietto di souvenir, spa, palestra e accesso gratuito per gli ospiti delle suite ad una lounge con caffe/the/snack. Contro: Colazione: scarsa. Pulizia del bagno scadente, anche dopo una segnalazione inerente la scadente pulizia del bagno, lo stesso non è stato adeguatamente pulito. Spiaggia privata dell’albergo: uno scherzo chiamarla tale, 3 lettini e 2 ombrelloni messi a caso davanti ad un ristorante dal quale provenivano odori di cibo e fogna. Reception: personale scortese e poco preparato. Nessuna spiegazione dei servizi messi a disposizione dall’albergo ci è stata fornita. In aggiunta sono servizi del tutto inutilizzabili: servizi navetta di sola andata per città limitrofe ad orari improponibili ( per cena partenza alle ore 21:00 unico orario con una durata del tragitto di almeno 40min). Nel complesso non suggerirei a nessuno questa struttura.

modern, friendly staff
I stayed with my friends for 3 nights, but it was an amazing experience. All staff are very kind and helped us. Hotel services are also great. For example: - Free airport transportation - Beautiful pool - Indonesian breakfast. (I like a noodle.) - If you reserve a sweet room, you can use the hotel lounge and get free drink, including alcohol beverages. - Rent a bike I'm sure we will stay this hotel next time :)

CP value is good and room Is big
We stayed in Suites and the room is big However, facilities are quite old and shower is not strong enough Staff are nice and pleasant. The roof top swimming pool though beautiful, is not good for swimming as only has 0.95 meter depth For the swimming pool near restaurant, I have not tried and do not like to swim with people eating nearby. Breakfast is bad, not many choices, tastes not good and refill is too slow Yet, the room price is really low. If you just need to stay for a while, it is s good choice. If you want to have more comfortable choice with good swimming pool, better to find another
