Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Keene

"En En momento de mi reserva me equivoque y reserve en Alvarado y yo queria Burleson, llame a los 3 minutos y La Quinta de Alvarado no acepto la cancelacion para yo poder reservar en La Quinta de Burleson. Me quede en la reserva equivocada y tuve muy mala experiencia, es un hotel con bastante ruido toda la noche y madrugada, muebkes viejos, camas incomodas y un desayuno pobre, lo unico rescatable fue el cafe. Envie un dia antes mensajes preguntando que tipo de cargadores tenian para auto...

"Clean quiet room, beds were comfortable, enough pillows and towels and breakfast was fresh."

"The shower doesn’t work. I couldn’t take a shower. When flush the toilet the water continues running. The room was dark, no good lights."

"Grounds had trash everywhere, needed to be mowed bad! Pillows flat as pancakes. Went down for coffee at 9:15 and there was none. Eating area was a mess. Housekeeping came around at 9:30 banging on the door. If I had still been asleep I would have been very upset. Checkout is 11:00. We were out late the night before and do not appreciate this. Very disappointed in the reviews I saw and what we got for price."
