"It’s very close to kitashinagawa and shinagawa station which means you can take any train easily. The bus stop is also very close. Family mart is literally in the neighbourhood, 7/11 is 3 min walk away, all most everything is walking distance. Staff is very nice and helpful. It’s clean and good place. I would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Inn. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was quite small, but it was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room. The location is excellent and is right next to a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for snacks, drinks, and anything else you might need. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd happily stay...
