Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
The only negative was that whilst the hotel is attached to Haneda T3 it’s about 200 metres away so be prepared.

Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi
Super facilities with a kitchen and washing machine. Asakusa an easy to reach area. Coffee in reception too and a lift. Was surprised how big the apartment was compared to the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised.
