"Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"少し変わったお部屋のやぐらタイプ。下が大きなソファーベット、階段を数段上がった上がシングルふたつのベッド。ベッドの上の天井はすぐなので気をつける必要ありですが、秘密の部屋みたいで楽しいです。 室内の設備はシンプルです。 テーブルがないのが少し困りました。貸し出しとかあったのかな？折りたたみの座卓を貸してもらえるといいかも。"

"Great location - easy access to Shinjuku Station (west exit) to get around with lots of restaurants/shops close by. The staff were very friendly! The room was a bit stuffy but they are in the midst of switching over their heating/cooling system. The surrounding area is noisy, so keeping a window open at night was not an option. The rooms are small (normal for Japanese hotels) but enough space for my teenage daughter and I. The beds were cozy! "

"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

"Decently located, but not for families with children. Excellent staff with housekeeping service every other day for my six night stay. Not a fan of the step-down bathroom & undersized toilet, otherwise a satisfactory stay."

"The room was clean and a good size. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. They have an area to lock up your bags if you need to with plenty of space. It was a short walk to Shinjuku station, so it was really convenient to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"When I walked into the room I was shocked at how small the room actually was. The bed and pillows were hard as a hard with springs being poked into my shoulder and couldn’t sleep comfortably at all. The walls of the bathroom were dirty and had some sticky residue with hair. The room also had a feint smell of something that I couldn’t shake off. The hotel lobby and hallways smelled of some type of citrus cleaner, perhaps lovably to mask the bad smell of whatever it was. Had to cancel my booking...
