"We arrived and were seen quickly and our room was a suite. Made it easy to spread out all our things as we did travel with a lot. Super convenient to park outside the room. I used the pool and it was a little cold, but I guess when the sun really hits it gets warmer. I walked across the street which isn’t the safest because it’s a highway but there was a Mexican food truck and I picked up dinner there and we ate it by the pool, which was great."

"First time staying at this hotel, but it won't be the last. The hotel is well situated, clean and well maintained. grounds. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I can easily recommend this hotel in Salmon Arm to anyone who is looking for a spot to stay."

"Staff weren't friendly, room was dirty, street people roaming around the rooms. This place is advertised as a Hotel but it is a Motel. Sketchy place, our room door had no weather stripping so you could see outside or inside at the bottom of the door. The door lock itself has been removed and put on different places many times (many different screw holes). On the outside of the door there were prybar marks from someone clearly trying to break into the room. Had this place booked for 3 nights and...

"We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping."

"Cute little place in the heart of Kelowna. We were going to an event and wanted to be close without breaking the budget. Close to different fast food and restaurants. Pool is clean and kids enjoyed that! Grocery store across the street. We were pleasantly surprised!"
