Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. "Came back after 9 years, the place is still magical as it is. We stayed in Pisa 1, and this place now has free wine tasting and a hot tub where we enjoyed.. Best hidden secret, ill stay here longer next time :)"

"Good location with an easy 5 minute walk to town, heated floor in the bathroom was great. I had booked a king bed room with lake view but the room was two single beds pushed together, and seemed to be a bedroom of a bigger apartment so the walls were very thin and could hear the other occupants clearly. The view was a small window, not like the pictures on the site. I would consider returning with a family group that had the whole apartment but not as a couple getaway again."

"Rooms and hotel very run down photos online do not represent what the rooms and hotel are really like. Shower old and useless moved rooms new room only slightly better. Only small heater on wall which was dangerous to have on because of young kids. Big stairs to access lift to rooms difficult with pram staff helpful but only so much they can do. Bed was comfy enough location good but most hotels are as queenstown is small. Apparently there is construction work currently on the hotel which is...

"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"Tv only as 2 channels and one remote for the 2 tv’s. Room was cold and aircon didn’t work properly. Was told there is nothing there can do. Blanket had a used tissue paper stuck to it and folded into the wardrobe."
