"1. About half the time, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in our room, and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It made it hard to sleep for several nights, and clothes left in open suitcases ended up smelling completely of smoke. Neither of us smokes.
2. Hygiene and food safety controls were disappointing. On at least two occasions, we found a stray black hair in our food—once in a salad at the snack bar and again in a hot dish at the main restaurant. This points to a...

"The resort is surrounded by forest, the nature is beautiful, and the sea is exceptionally nice and clean.
The food is average, but the beds and rooms are comfortable. However, the resort is absolutely overrun with cats, and some of them are visibly sick. There are probably cats infected with Feline Herpesvirus (this is actually my profession), and they are everywhere. I found the situation very amateurish and potentially risky.
I had stayed here before, about 6–7 years ago, and it definitely...

"As a traveler from North America (Canada) who stayed at Rose Garden Premium for a three-country family reunion, here is my perspective:
The property’s size is its advantage. You simply have fewer people in the restaurant, pool, beach, lobby compared to larger hotels. Complete absence of water slides make this place unattractive to young families with screaming children, making for a quieter, more relaxing stay.
Staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property.
The food is EXTREMELY...

"The hotel is right in front of the beach. There are plenty of restaurants around. We stayed in an ocean facing room with a balcony with an unobstructed seaview which was amazing. The room is clean and well stocked with towels, hotel slippers, and toiletries. The beds are comfortable. All the staff we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included had a good variety and kept us full the whole day. The server and busser were constantly topping up our tea...

"Beautiful hotel, split across two buildings across a quiet side street in the old town. Old-world charm, like stepping back into the 1930s - think brocade blankets, antique furnishings and a bathroom with a bath (possibly with in-built jacuzzi) as well as shower. The hotel is also a fine-dining restaurant - although we didn’t eat there, the breakfast (8-10am) was a delight - worth making sure you set the alarm forSpotlessly clean and really helpful staff. Oh, and there’s a pool, a massive...
