"Absolutely disappointed. Room like a dungeon, bathroom very small hard to use toilet.whole place had a weird odor. No warm water running.We pay for upgrade so I cannot imagine how regular room looks like. We left after 1st night. No parking available but advertised."

"We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We were using wet towels for three days. One day only some one took our trash and took our card from the room.
