"The place is old but is kept in good condition. Failure to remove snow and especially dangerous ice buildup around the property made walking very dangerous. Hotel phone system did not work. Room was cold and complaint took 2 days to see response. Guest parking requires phoning a local number to have the gate open to exit, a stupid system for people without roaming mobile phone feature, or worse, with no mobile phone. The place seems to think everyone has a mobile phone. "

"Great location, nice staff, good breakfast. The halls are a maze. Room was good; quiet. Finicky elevator button. I never did learn the trick. Mobility issues? Stairs everywhere!"

"An excellent hotel just next to the Rotuses square. Ample of restaurants and places of interest around. The hotel itself is in immaculate condition, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for your stay. I also lived breakfast options and of course the view from the dining room"

"Made a reservation through Expedia, and paid in full and paid for a taxi ride.
