We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund. "Arrived late and were greeted by staff who even made us a meal despite the late hour. Room was tired, scuffy with stained cushions. Pillows had dried blood and mold stains so needed changing immediately, which was done. Ours was meant to be Delux Garden View, we had a corridor view through front window and a brick wall view through seriously cement stained back window so we didn't open curtains during our time there. From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. "Quand nous sommes arrivés la chambre etait déjà prise par quelqu’un d’autre mais ils ont su réagir tout de suite en nous relogeant pour la première nuit ! Le lendemain nous avons pu profiter de ce logement très propre le personnel et très serviable ! A environ 2 km à pied de la grande route principale !
