"check-in was terrible. paid for a suite but was assigned a small standard room. once raised we raised the issue with the front desk the moved us to "suite" but the condition of that room was very bad. one TV was not operational, safe was dead, coffee pot did not work, curtains were torn, and the security peep hole fell out the door. none of these issues were resolved during our stay with no compensation."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Jung. The hotel is clean, the staff was great especially Ms Monique at the front desk and the night manager. They were very helpful and hospitable. It's a walkable distance to Bourbon street and French quarter if your a walker. I would stay here again. "
