"We enjoyed our stay at Killarney heights hotel! We had an incredible dinner after a long day. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside for us would be that there was no AC, we visited during a March heatwave in Ireland. The staff did provide a fan to help! There is also a nice big window you can open and it was a quiet side of town so no loud noise at night. We would love to visit again soon! "

"We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. "There was no specific address in Expedia, so Google maps took us to a residential area about a km from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel was on the same road, so it was easy to see after driving further. Once there, the check in was easy and the hotel was very quiet. The service was good and the bar and restaurant were nice. "
