"It was very clean. Hard to find staff when you need them and housecleaning was not that great. 3 nights, no new towels, barely made the bed and we ran out of toilet paper. Definitely shouldn't happen."

"Too long to respond to requests. TV wasn’t fix after being requested during check in. Staff said they came at 5pm while I’m gone. But i checked in at 3pm. Took 2hrs to respond. No follow up."
