Wished room had some extra towels and a blanket, as well as a list of hotel info...check in/out times, more amenity details, how to use tv, etc. All staff very nice and helpful."

"Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure."

"Building is relatively new and looks nice. The rooms were spacious. My experience was awful. I checked out after the first night of my 4 night stay. I booked 2 rooms one of them wasn't ready till well after check-in and when i got the room it wasn't even clean. Rooms barely had amenities towels toiletries ect.
