"Great location but many rooms have windows that face the interior atrium which is noisy and makes the room very dark since you can’t open the curtains. Rooms need updating. They do not provide daily maid service (maybe because it was jazz fest) and hallways carpets as well as some furnishings in the room were dirty."

"The floor in my room was buckled, must have been flooded, the TV would not turn off via remote had to be unplugged. The bed stand light did not work. The thermostat for the AC didn't work but the AC was running. The bed sheets felt damp. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. All in all, I like this hotel, I think I just got a recently flooded room, possibly from the sprinkler. "
