"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them.
We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"No one was there to check us in but we called the number on the door and they gave us our room number. It was clean, our room had a spacious bath and a balcony. Parking was a little tight.
