"Absolutely TERRIBLE stay... Certainly not at all what you'd expect from a Radisson property. Rooms smelled musty/mildewy, entire property was in bad condition. We were 3 women traveling and were put in a 1st floor room with a window that opened and couldn't be locked. Tried 3 different ice machines with none having ice. Restaurant wasn't open and had to leave property for food. Cracked panes of glass and broken tiles through the hallways. Vents missing multiple bars. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. Photos posted online have obviously been heavily edited to make the property look far different than reality."

"There is only 1 resturant on the property which is a steakhouse. There is one carry out bar food cafe, both open until 10 PM. There are really no options in the surrounding area outside the hotel for dining either. The room temperature is controlled by a “centralized location” and you cannot control temperature in room. The room was freezing. The unhospitality group at the front desk seemed bothered by guests checking in or with questions. There was one employee at the center bar in the casino at 5:00pm and was waiting on the seated customers and the non ending walk up line. My stay was 3 days prior to the Kentucky Derby, It was becoming very busy. I’m glad I only chose a 1 night stay at this property. Being a casino, I’m sure they do a lot of comp rooms for gamblers. They definitely give off a feeling of be thankful your here, not we are so thankful you are here. "

"The room was nice. The front desk man was very friendly. The front desk lady on Monday morning should not have been at the front desk."

"Noisy! The hotel itself is fine, but the location is terrible. It overlooks the highway (I-71) and has through-wall air conditioners that carry the road noise into the room. Chatting with another guest, I learned that it isn't just the rooms facing the highway that are noisy; the other side apparently catches noise from nearby railroad tracks. Oh, and don't make the mistake I did, assuming that "Radison Cincinnati" is in Cincinnati. It's in Covington, KY."

"Perfect stay for going to a local show like the Palace Theatre as it’s within walking distance. Great breakfast till 9:30. The parking is also great as they utilize a garage next door that made it so easy!"
