"My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "

Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. "

"Well to begin with they were illprepared"! After traveling for 13hours and 15minites the room was not ready. I had to wait 😭 for almost 1hour before I could go in the bathroom had awful sent that was emanating from the I felt sick just being in that room. Went to front desk demanding a transfer to another by the time I got in to #601 there were cockroaches all over it , complained then they send in the fumemigater but the roaches were still there. Noisy"! Very , very noisy place to spend one's...

"The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly."

"We arrived at the establishment around 930pm east check in but place in terrible condition, moldy, no AC in any room, fans are from 1900 only thing new is fridge. When we came back I was short of breath coz the moldy condition was so bad my larynx literally swole and I couldn’t speak at all. They didn’t have other rooms to switch us to so we had to leave thirty mins after arriving to a better sanitary place. I’m sorry but they need to be shut down and fix their insufficiencies. I understand one...
