"Séjour formidable en famille à l’hôtel Mari del Sud sur l’île de Vulcano. Le personnel est adorable, le restaurant le soir est très bon et l’hôtel est très bien situé."

"It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!"

"I loved this property! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beautiful pool area. The food at the pool bar was delicious and fresh! I wish we had eaten dinner at the hotel too. Breakfast was perfect with variety of choices. Staff were incredibly helpful and informative. I hope to return to Lipari and will stay here again for sure."

"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

"Very nice and cute hotel right at the port of Stromboli. Lovely Wes Anderson feeling in the room with terrace fronting the sea. Nice breakfast. Good value for money. "
