I read some reviews regarding that there was not beach access due to the sea tide but fortunately we don't have this issue and could enjoy the beach at the property that was just steps from the apartment, although the best beach area on 7 mile beach is the one between Westin and Ritz Carlton and Governor's beach. "

"very clean and spacious. amazing sunlight throughout the day. modern and has all the essentials. highly recommend this condo. pool and fitness facility were also very nice. only drawback is crossing the "highway" when walking over to the beach. we were all adults so it wasn't a problem but i wouldn't recommend it with young children.
