"Für den Preis hätten wir ein frühstücksbuffet mit mehr Auswahl erwartet. Es gab nur Toast (keine Brötchen), 2 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Wurst und geräucherte Makrelenhäppchen. Obst nur Melone. Müsli war okay. Baked Beans, Rührei und Würstchen und Schinken. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Enttäuschend. Essen im Restaurant war gut. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war sehr schön."

"Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable."

"Staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good. Bedrooms very clean with ok facilities, but dark. Housekeeping excellent,friendly and discreet.
Negatives....very busy road from early morning to evening. Due to ongoing refurbishment terrace pebbled and uneasy to walk upon. Bar area has no windows or atmosphere so uninviting, dark and gloomy.
Worse things 1., nowhere to sit outside if not dining (sat at rear in staff area just to sit and relax) ..2.expensive restaurant which charged tips for...

"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."
