"When we arrived to check in at 4pm, there was a note to call a phone number on the reception desk. No answer. Left a message. After about 10 minutes got a message that the receptionist would be right there. After another 10 minutes, she arrived and gave us our keys. The hotel had no bicycles for free use as mentioned online. The pool was dirty and the next morning, it was closed for "maintenance". No bars of soap in the bathroom. Half full shower gel tube, shampoo and conditioner was available however. Overall, we were sad to see the condition of the hotel as it had declined from when we stayed there 10 years prior."
