"Our villa was great. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our butler Mustafa was the best! He made our stay very enjoyable and provided extreme luxury. He went out of his way to cater to us and to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He even texted us after we left to make sure we got home safe. Wow! The resort general manager, Nader also spent some time with us to get our feedback. The resort is exceptional and the food is great. We will be back! Highly recommended. "

"Très bon séjour au Sunrise Crystal Bay. L'hôtel est très propre, très bien entretenu. La piscine était chauffée, donc nous avons pu en profiter début mars. Le personnel est très gentil. Beaucoup de choix au restaurant buffet et il y a également plusieurs restaurants où dîner le soir. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont en très bon état. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel."

"Nice, big room and bathroom with a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. The day activities and the night show were really good. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the 2 a la carte restaurants is recommended. Relaxing on the beach sunbeds and then diving into the warm pool was a bliss.
