"Penginapan yg terburuk yg pernah saya alami. saya book di gerald homestay, dipindahkan ke syifa homestay yg lbh kecil. untung saya tidak mau. kondisi Kamar kecil, K.Mandi+wastafel penuh dengan kecoak, air kran rasanya asin (tidak ada air panas). Hari ke-2 kamar tidak dibersihkan, kalau tidak saya minta, itupun dengan rasa dongkol petugas kamar membersihkan dengan ala kadarnya. Tidak bisa menikmati liburan dengan nyaman."

"check in was easy, facility is great cause we have bikes and breakfast included. but they really short of staffs. no one answered our calls when we called for confirmation for 2 days and on the 3rd day someone answered the call finally. when we stayed, it was really difficult to call FO and room service, we had to walk to the FO to ask why there was no one answered the calls from the room.
