"The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that there was no a/c in the room and the bedroom was very warm. The bedroom could have used a window a/c unit. Otherwise it’s a gorgeous property, has great amenities and is a perfect location. Love it there."

"The room was very clean. I liked that you could open windows and let fresh air in. The hotel is right across the street from the bus stop, although keep in mind it is a city bus with many stops enroute to Butchart Gardens and/or the ferry."

"Hi, we stayed for two nights in the room on the first floor. Hotel atmosphere was perfect , especially at Q restaurant. But the room was very noisy in the morning I believe it was loading area and the window was covered with some paper so there was no city view either. Pool is very small. So if there will be three families with two kids each there will be no space. HK took ages to come to the room upon request. I think the hotel staff is using the name of the hotel cause this hotel is in the list for must stay but the service and the room is not worse it. Sorry."
