"We had an overall great experience at this resort. The grounds are beautiful and smell wonderful due to the plants planted around the grounds. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. The private beach was a great touch as well! The only downsides were that probably 90% of the people staying here were older retired folk and we got awful mosquito bites. Other than that everything was perfect! "The setting was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was fresh, abundant and super tasty. We loved the thermal saltwater pool and the poolside drink service. There was a communication problem with our reservation but they took care of it seamlessly and upgraded us to a big room with a spectacular view to make up for it. I hope to go back there again and recommend it wholeheartedly."

"We stayed at Hotel Villa Jantò for five days in October. The views are breathtaking, the rooftop and outdoor pool areas are lovely, and there was a small, heated indoor pool. The free hotel shuttle to nearby towns and the beach is convenient, since the hotel sits atop a steep hill and taxis are surprisingly expensive. The room, however, was a letdown. It felt painfully plain, with white walls and nearly zero decoration—odd for a hotel that otherwise tries to look somewhat bohemian and stylish....
