"La propiedad es moderna, pero tiene muy mal cuidado de mantenimiento en los pasillos de las habitaciones, el material de la madera de las puertas están dañados y algunos les falta los pedazos y están llenas de tornillos, los elevadores están malos, al igual que uno de los botones del elevador del Lobby está suelto, la propiedad al ser nueva está muy mal cuidada en el aspecto del mantenimiento, las habitaciones si están buenas al igual que la limpieza que le dan las housekeeper les doy un 10/10, pero si tienen que mejorar mucho en el mantenimiento en general del hotel, la comida está buena, para mí el mejor restaurante es el asiático, se los recomiendo, y algo que no me gustó es que te quieren vender una membresía y te hacen perder todo un día, porque tu piensas que es para enseñarte el hotel y es para darte una charla sin tu verla pedido y al final uno lo que quiere es descansar y disfrutar del hotel eso no me gustó, de todas formas la pasé bien, pero yo en lo personal no regreso más a Serenade"
Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The Riu Palace (family side) is completely renovated. We booked the Antillas side but spent alot of time (pool, buffet, lobby bar, sports bar) over there as it felt nicer and was more appealing. The beach for both was good, clear water with fish to observe. No service on beach only at pool. We enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"La propiedad en años anteriores estaba genial, pero este año no me pareció igual , el personal un poco desagradable pero nada que no puedan arreglar , las habitaciones no las limpiaron ni un solo día . La verdad no me gustó como las anteriores veces que viajé ."

"The Holiday Inn was absolutely perfect. Definitely Budget friendly. Right in the middle of everything. The resort is huge and has several restaurants and shopping and two convenience stores inside of it. They have three pools a couple of hot tubs. On the water, Restaurant. You can’t go wrong. Plenty of parking on site for your rental car to go explore the island."

"This is one of the prettiest resorts I have ever been to. The rooms and the surrounding environment are really well-maintained and organized. The water park is really well maintained, and there aren't many rides, but they're some of the best. However, most of the staff, specifically the local staff, seem unhappy and rude, especially in the casino. Make sure your neighbors are adults. We couldn’t sleep every morning because of the noise from the kids & parents in the next room, coming through the connecting door. Food & beverages are another general issue there, with more than 30 restaurants making it hard to find good food at reliable or reasonable prices—super expensive, low-quality, small portions, and poor service. You pay fir something that is not worth anything. Cleo was the worst one, in my opinion."
