"Resort itself is great. Rooms are spacious and nicely kept. Housekeeping was great! We upgraded to privilege. Was worth it for our family. Our butler was very helpful! No problem with reservations. Took advantage of cabanas by the pool with service. Staff was wonderful. Only negative was other guests playing their own music EXTREMELY LOUDLY at the pool. Literally multiple groups with competing music. The resort should ban personal speakers and also guests floating around smoking in the pool. Not really respectful to other guests."

Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort - All inclusive

"Elite package is not worth the cost. Families that pay for Preferred status have access to the rooftop bar/infinity pool. They bring their kids up there and now your adult only stay has kids running amuck. Would be better if it were adult only, then you can relax and take in the view from the rooftop pool. The elite side pool is quiet, yet lacked attendants for towels/drinks. You’re better off at the pool closer to the La Palapa outdoor lounge, without Elite status. Or the larger swim up bar/pool. Our butler was MIA first day, but made up for it with extra Champaign and Chocolate covered strawberries while we were in our hot tub. Time of year makes all the difference for a sparkling clear beach water experience. In Mid July, the water was yellow and full of seaweed. A positive is there are much fewer guests, you can get a table at any restaurant, and staff is more eager to serve you."

"Rooms clean everyday. Hotel is beautiful and the pool as well. They have free breakfast and it’s like buffet. Also at 5pm they have some snacks like popcorn, chips and FREE drinks! Blanca from front desk is AMAZING! very helpful."
Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I was timid to book because on here it says the resort does not have elevators, but it does. I will give the review I wish was on here. Over all the place is amazing and I will definitely book here again, I had so much fun and the staff was BEYOND helpful and made it such a joyful experience, any issue I had, they were glad to help me. I was easily able to book fun and amazing tourist attractions through the resort. They only shuttle you from the hotel IF you book through their Riu website. A taxi is easy to get once you land outside. It is around $60-$70 a person to get you to the hotel from the airport. Some taxis only accept cash, ask the people outside for a taxi to accepts cards and they will find someone for you. The hotel does not have an ATM, you will have to leave the hotel to access one. Once getting here that is the one thing I wish I would have known before hand. I had a blast and a camera full of memories I will cherish forever because of this place. When I come back to the Bahamas I will definitely stay here. When you get here, ask someone at the front desk to help you find the needed app to make the reservations, it will make your stay more enjoyable if you are wanting to indulge in delicacies. [Its free, but reservations are needed.]"
