"The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious. My only issue was that the housekeeping service for my room was consistently poor. When I arrived the floor near the toilet was visibly dirty (yuck!), there was hair in the bathtub, and there was no shower ..."
